Any Book Lovers Out There?

Is anyone else a book lover like I am? There’s just something about having a book in your hands and flipping through each page, taking me out of reality for a little while and into my “book world” that makes me feel content. Obviously, it gets better once you find that author. You know exactly what I’m talking about. That author, aka, the author that you end up loving because once you begin reading their books, you’re ruined by every other author for the rest of your life. Dramatic, I know, but true.

Colleen Hoover, the author, is from a small town in Texas

To me, that author is Colleen Hoover. A friend introduced me to her novel. I caught my friend reading one of the books on her Kindle and she couldn’t seem to put it down. I asked her what she was reading and she replied, “A book by Colleen Hoover. You should get it.” So I did, and I am so glad that I did.

Colleen Hoover is from Sulphur Springs, Texas, which is only 30 minutes away from where I live. This automatically made my appeal to her more evident, and I became more curious about her books.

One of her novels that I recently came across is “All Your Perfects”. This is an extremely powerful novel about the struggle of infertility and the challenges it caused in the couple’s marriage. If you’re married, or if you’ve ever been married, we all know there are challenges that you have faced.

Review Of All Your Perfects

This book has to do with a married couple’s struggle with infertility and how their issues cause them to slowly drift apart from one another. This is a story about how they fight for their marriage and also their journey of rediscovering love. I don’t want to give too much away, but be prepared- you will most likely shed some tears. Colleen Hoover has such a way of making you feel as though you are in the book yourself by the emotions she provokes out of you while reading her novel. You feel for the characters, you get to know the characters, your heart breaks with them, and you fall in love with them all at once.

I highly suggest you read this book. Yes, it deals with an emotional topic, but it is a beautiful story that you will be glad you read.
